We still deal with them regularly due to maintenance of building and finalising of Superior lease. We mainly deal directly with the owner Michelle Rielly, but also with her assistant Christine. They are both extremely helpful, but Michelle goes that extra mile to make sure, she has done her very best to get an issue solved ASAP. If she is not available, she always gets back to you immediately when she is. When we viewed the property originally. She gave us potential rental figures, which were higher than we expected. As it turned out we had many offers for the rental asking price, so we are extremly happy with her valuation & services and Zest Homes has our best recommendations.

I remember there was one point when the sale almost fell through after being mis-advised by our initial mortgage broker. I called Chris at the brink of tears and she literally said ‘leave it with the me darling, we’ll see what we can do’. The most comforting and reassuring words that I didn’t know I needed to hear at the time. She referred us to Jade who is literally mortgage broker extraordinaire.
