Working closely with our landlords and prospective tenants, Sophie is involved throughout the letting journey. From preparing properties for marketing, arranging photography and providing regular marketing updates, through to conducting viewings, negotiating offers and helping landlords secure the right tenant for their property.

Once a let is agreed, Sophie continues to be a familiar point of contact, **tracking the referencing process, keeping everyone updated and coordinating the tenancy through to a smooth and organised move-in day**.

Sophie’s approachable personality and positive attitude make her a natural people person. She enjoys meeting new clients, building relationships and helping tenants find somewhere they can truly call home, while ensuring our landlords feel informed and supported throughout the process.
